Hellenic Catering has developed a complete range of products with classic as well as original recipes. Apart from the classic range, the company has launched a series of homemade recipes (“spitika”) like paprika, aubergine salad and white fish roe salad. It has also created a range based on recipes from around the world, like baba ghanoush and guacamole.
