Hellenic Catering specializes in the production of ready-to-eat meals of Mediterranean origin. The Mediterranean Cuisine is celebrated around the world for its balanced character, low fat content and high nutritional value, sealed by the unique flavor of olive oil and the healthiest production processes.
All recipes are created by experienced chefs specializing in industrial catering. Our ready-to-eat meal catalogue includes recipes covering all nutritional needs, like vegetarian recipes and meals targeting special consumer groups (ie Halal certifications). Hellenic Catering uses three different preparation methods: Cook & Freeze, Cook & Chill, Cook & Serve.
Our products are prepared with carefully selected ingredients, sourced from certified suppliers according to the most demanding quality standards. All specifications are in compliance with the current National and European Legislation. Each meal is prepared with regard to safety, consistent quality and the distinct taste that defines all Hellenic Catering products.
